Hereby the information I received from the VUB sports service: the only evening we could play for two hours during the week will be on wednesday 20:00-22:00. From february on we could play again on monday evenings, also for two hours.
As wednesday evenings will be difficult for some people, please tell me as soon as possible if playing on wednesday evenings fits you.

Instead of next monday we play next wednesday the 30th of august, as well as wednesday the 6th of september.
When I called the VUB just some minutes ago, they told me that monday evenings were already booked. Apparently these bookings are part of yearly contracts which start next week. I contacted Jürgen who will look for the contract and mail me the details. As soon as I have them I'll contact the VUB for more information about any opportunity for us to arrange such a yearly contract (I'm afraid though that another team already got a yearly contract for monday evenings). I'll keep you informed! Fingers crossed!
