IMPORTANT: RESERVATION OF PITCH AND PAYMENT INFO

This is the reply I got after I asked the sportdienst at the vub how much it would be for a contract until the end of june to book the pitch from 20 to 22 pm every monday. (except the last week of january where we play from 21 to 22 pm.

We, the players who played yesterday (check the list), agreed that we should book the pitch in advance, so that we can be sure to have the pitch every monday from 20 to 22 pm (2 hours!) untill the end of june. Which is also a lot easier for the players who have to book the pitch.


As you can see, it would be 756.60 euros for all the matches starting from next week. We agreed that each 'core-player' should pay 50 euros. Juergen thinks that we could have about 15 'core-players' to pay for the fee. That would be 50 euros * 15 = 750 euros.


The sportdienst asked that we pay and sign the contract next week (30/01: 21u - 22u)





I propose that if you come and play next week you bring your 50 euros and eventually the 50 euros of a friend who will not be able to play next week. I'll stress this again, the contract has to be paid next week.




The system would work like this.


1/ Each player who has payed 50 euros next week is entitled to play every match untill the end of june.


2/ When a player who has paid 50 euros doesn't play one week he is entitled to get a credit back for this week (1 credit = 2,5 euros) (50 euros divided by 20))


3/ Occasional players pay 2,5 euros when they play a match.


4/ Money will be given back at the end of june to 'core-players' who missed matches, only when the amount of what should be given back doesn't exceed the amount that is brought in by new players.


5/ Juergen or I will keep a little agenda where we keep a log of who came to a match and maybe also how many goals each scored. ; P

6/ If there would be some money left at the end of june, we could use that for a barbecue.


I hope it's not too complicated and that it's a good system.




I'll start a list with the players who said they we're ok to pay 50 euros for the pitch. Please copy and make this list longer if you can so that we have the 756.60 euros ready for next week.
